Following a period during which our doors were closed to the public, in accordance with the safety measures that we have been forced to implement during this health crisis to protect the health of our employees, clients and collaborators, we are pleased t
o inform you that, as of May 25, 2020, the doors of our headquarters in Gta. Rubén Darío, 4 will be reopened for in-person consultations.
Although you do not need to book an appointment in advance for an in-person consultation during this new phase, we, at PONS IP, want to ensure that safety measures are implemented correctly and offer you a personal, quality service, without exposing you to any risks. For this reason, and with the aim of avoiding long waiting times, overcrowding and situations that could put the health of our clients, suppliers and collaborators in danger, we will continue to provide an in-person consultation service by appointment.

Besides the personal appointment service, we will implement other additional safety measures, such as:
- Reorganizing spaces and installing safety screens to guarantee social distancing during visits.
- Installing a thermographic camera at the building entrance.
- Placing hydroalcoholic gel dispensers in all meeting rooms.
- Making the wearing of masks mandatory.
- Cleaning and disinfecting facilities more thoroughly after each visit.
Also, despite our proximity to most of our clients and collaborators, and the close relationship that we share with them, we will always avoid greeting them with gestures involving physical contact.
We are convinced that the measures implemented will ensure the required level of safety during our upcoming meetings.
