Training session Intellectual Property Rights en H2020

Horizon 2020 is the funding program for research and innovation in the European Union for the 2014-2020 period.

The aim of the project is to finance initiatives and projects of great value to the European community, through an 80 million euros fund.

Within the framework of the Enterprise Europe Network project, PONS IP, in collaboration with ACCIÓ, organizes the Intellectual Property Rights Conference at H2020, with the aim of understanding the importance of Intellectual Property, and to learn about its use as an essential tool in the H2020 projects.

The following points of interest will be dealt with during the conference:

  • The grant agreement
  • The consortium agreement
  • IPR rules in the consortium agreement
  • Ownership and co-ownership
  • Access rights
  • Dissemination of results
