Amaya is a lawyer with over 17 years of experience in Intellectual Property, particularly in Patent Law and Technology Transfer. She is an expert in negotiation and drafting of agreements (patent licenses, consortium agreements or research and development contracts, among others) and has extensive experience in the implementation of intangible asset management systems, as well as in the definition and execution of technology transfer processes.
Amaya Mallea works with domestic and international clients from different technological sectors, and usually provides legal advice to biotechnology companies, Universities and research centers and institutes.
Lecturer at “Course on Intellectual Property Law” from the Bar Association of Madrid (ICAM), at “Health Organizations Management Program” from the Instituto de Empresa (IE), on the LLM in Intellectual Property Law at Rey Juan Carlos University (Madrid), and regular speaker at law courses, seminars and conferences relating to Intellectual Property.
