Intellectual Property rights licenses

During September 25 and 26, within the Innovation Practitioners – INNOPRAC training program, a RedTransfer and PONS Escuela de Negocios project that aims to contribute to improving the training of professionals in the national innovation system, the workshop “Intellectual Property Rights Licenses” will take place.

On this occasion, our colleague Amaya Mallea, Director of R&D+i Legal Consultancy at PONS IP, will deal with Patent Licenses and Know-how.

She will analyze what technology transfer means, its associated rights, the elements preceding the transfer and the aspects to be considered in Patent Licenses, Know-how and business secrets.
