The first edition of the International Congress on Industrial Property and Advertising in the Fashion Sector will be held from 4 to 5 October and aims to provide a comprehensive picture of the convergence between the legal world and the fashion industry. At PONS IP, we will participate as sponsors along with Rey Juan Carlos University, the Association of Fashion Law Experts, Lefebvre, CEDEU Centre of University Studies and IURIS URJC to carry out this congress which will feature leading in house experts from a strategic sector of the Spanish economy.
On Wednesday the 4th at 4:00 p.m., our Of Counsel José Carlos Erdozain will moderate the round-table discussion on “Legal challenges of fashion companies from the perspective of the in-house counsel”, in which the following professionals will also participate:
